"Good to Go" Hurricane Evacuation Kit

Our new kit includes a 16-page booklet of information filled with information seniors and individuals with disabilities need to know in a hurricane evacuation. The "Good to Go" kit is equipped with a magnet to make it easy to attach to the refrigerator at home for quick and convenient access.

Forms for Emergency Medical Information, a Medications List, and an Emergency Contacts list are included in a handy pocket on the kit. The "Good to Go" kit also includes post-it notes for "How to Help Me" information.

For more information or copies of the kit, contact Steve Thomas at the Texas Center for Disabilities Studies' Information Services Office at (512) 232-0740 or (800) 828-7839.
